Welcome to MindFood

We’re a charity here to help if you’re struggling with stress, depression or anxiety by offering food-growing and creative sessions in natural green settings.
We believe better mental health should be accessible for all.

Sessions run 6 days a week at two gorgeous Ealing gardens.

About MindFood CIO

We’re an Ealing-based charity supporting people with depression, anxiety and stress to improve their wellbeing through gardening, mindfulness & creativity.

Want a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit, veg, herbs and flowers whilst becoming more mindful of ways to improve wellbeing? We’ve got you! Start with our weekday Growing Wellbeing course, or Sustainable Wellbeing on Saturdays. We also run Building Wellbeing sessions for anyone who identifies as a man.

If you’re looking to build confidence in your English and meet others, Grow Some Share Some might just be for you!

If you enjoy art, craft and creating, we find ways of weaving the natural world into our creations in our Naturally Creative sessions.

Not ready to come to the plot just yet? Why not try MindFood at Home?

We offer a non-judgemental space, that is described by many as a haven – a welcoming, calming space to learn and grow!

Courses are based at beautiful green spaces in Ealing: an allotment plot near Hanger Lane tube station, and in the gardens at Horsenden Farm near Perivale tube station.

Check out our uplifting little film!

The Media Trust organisation paired us with BAFTA Award-winning Director and Filmmaker Claire Norowzian, and a team of professionals who wrote, planned, filmed, acted, edited and produced our film, BUD.

Who said a film about mental health couldn’t be entertaining? See if you can spot our Lucy, and watch the full video below.
