Welcome to MindFood 

We're a charity here to help if you're struggling with stress, depression or anxiety by offering food-growing and creative sessions in natural green settings. We believe better mental health should be accessible for all.

Sessions run 6 days a week at two gorgeous green sites, located in Ealing. Check out our wellbeing courses here.

Can't physically join our sessions but still want to be involved? You can choose from our MindFood at Home or Art in Nature online programmes. 

About MindFood CIO


We're an Ealing-based charity supporting people with depression, anxiety and stress to improve their wellbeing through gardening, mindfulness & creativity.

Want a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit, veg, herbs and flowers whilst becoming more mindful of ways to improve wellbeing? We've got you! Start with our weekday Growing Wellbeing course, or Sustainable Wellbeing on Saturdays.


If you enjoy art, craft and creating, we find ways of weaving the natural world into our creations in our Naturally Creative sessions.

We offer a non-judgemental space, that is described by many as a haven- a welcoming, calming space to learn and grow!


Courses are based at beautiful green sites in Ealing; One is near Hanger Lane tube station, another at Horsenden Hill near Perivale tube station, plus sessions for young adults in North Acton.

The Media Trust organisation paired us with BAFTA-award winning Director and Film maker Claire Norowzian, and a team of professionals who wrote, planned, filmed, acted, edited and produced our film BUD.
