We run a rolling programme, so we can pretty much get you started whenever you’re ready. There are also sessions on Saturdays 11am to 1.30pm at the Farm (except the first Sat of the month) if you’re busy Mon to Fri.

AM – Growing Wellbeing (Lucy) 10.30am to 1pm at Cleveley Crescent

These sessions are open to anyone who has already attended sessions with MindFood, either on site or online. We’ll help you prioritise and plan your wellbeing in a way that’s sustainable for you.  We’ll work together to improve the site and there will be plenty of food-growing too.

AM – Grow Some Share Some ESOL friendly (Lucy)10.30 to 1pm at Horsenden Farm. Nature is a universal language! This is for anyone who is new to speaking English – much like our Growing Wellbeing sessions, we’ll be growing to share and teaching simple self care.

PM – Growing Wellbeing (Lucy) 1 to 3.30pm at Horsenden Farm

** This is where everyone starts! ** We’ll show you how to grow food, and teach techniques like mindfulness to improve wellbeing.

AM – Sustainable Wellbeing10.30 to 1pm at Cleveley Crescent

Sustainable Wellbeing sessions start on Wed 10th Jan, and our idea is to combine a bold site makeover (garden DIY, gardening and landscaping, sustainability improvements) with an opportunity to support you in any wellbeing goals you may have (e.g. improving your physical/mental health, personal development, finding a new hobby/interest/passion project, decluttering…you name it!).

The second element would be covered informally at break time, and is entirely optional if you feel you’ve already got the balance right… When we’ve run similar sessions in the past participants (inc Session Leaders!) have really enjoyed the weekly check-ins as they help us give more focus to things that are meaningful to us. It’s good to feel like you’re moving forward – and ideal if you’re making any New Year’s resolutions! 👍🙂

PM – Building Wellbeing Men’s Group (James) 2 to 4pm at Cleveley Crescent

Garden DIY projects around the Farm, learning and sharing practical skills to develop our space, and meeting like minds. Come regularly, or dip in whenever you’re free.

AM – Naturally Creative: Art in Nature – 10 to 12.30 in person (1st, 2nd & 3rd Thursday of the month) at Horsenden Farm Rediscover your creative side with nature inspired art sessions – please contact Sarah@mindfood.org.uk for details. On the 1st Thursday of each month there will also be a separate online art session from 11 to 1 on Zoom. Contact Tincy@mindfood.org.uk for details.

PM – Grow Social – Online! (Lucy) 11 to 12 on Zoom

If you’re stuck at home, join us for a chat about nature, food-growing and ways to nurture your wellbeing. Mindfulness practice starts at 11.40!

AM – Grow Some Share Some (Hilary) 10.30 to 1pm at Horsenden Farm

Doing good…feels good! We’ll be sowing seeds and growing young plants to share with local primary schools ad support groups, and helping more people connect with nature.

PM – Growing Wellbeing (Lucy) 1.30 to 4pm at Cleveley

** This is where everyone starts! **  We’ll show you how to grow food, and teach you self-care techniques like mindfulness to improve wellbeing.

AM – Grow Some Share Some (Pauline)  11 to 1.30pm at Horsenden Farm

Dip-in sessions! We’ll help you nurture your wellbeing in a way that’s sustainable for you.  There will be plenty of sustainable food-growing too.
